The Alkatide Refund Guarantee
Sixty days from payment. Post the bottles back in whatever state they are in and ask for the money. Here is the whole sequence.
What Is Covered
Any bundle bought at the official checkout carries a sixty-day guarantee on the product price. Full bottles, part-used bottles and finished ones all qualify, and that last point is not incidental — the guarantee exists so the product can be genuinely tried rather than looked at.
When The Clock Starts
At payment, not at delivery. Transit time comes out of your sixty days, which matters if you are ordering internationally and a parcel takes a fortnight to appear.
Put the date in your phone on the day the order confirms and set a second reminder for day fifty. That keeps the decision yours rather than something a forgotten deadline makes on your behalf.
The Sequence
- Find the order number on the confirmation email.
- Write to the seller inside the window and say you are claiming under the guarantee.
- A reply comes back with a return address and usually an authorisation number. Post nothing before that arrives.
- Send the bottles, finished ones included, on a tracked service. Hold onto the tracking number.
- The refund is processed once the return lands.
The tracking number is the whole thing. Without it there is no evidence the parcel ever left you, and that is an argument with only one possible ending.
What Comes Back, And What Does Not
The product price returns. Outbound delivery and the postage you pay to send it back normally stay with you, unless the order arrived damaged or was wrong. Any customs duty was levied by your own country and is not the seller's to return.
How Long It Takes
Typically five to ten working days from the day the return is received, plus whatever your bank takes to display it. Past fifteen working days from a confirmed return, chase it with the tracking number in hand.
